Study Abroad: Applying

The Off-Campus Study Application is a three-part process:

• Students complete the Preference to Study Abroad Form
• Students must complete a CMC application to Study Abroad; obtain the application through the Off-Campus Study office after meeting with a Study Abroad advisor
• Students must complete a program application for your chosen sponsor; also available in the OCS office

EXCEPTIONS* If a student is applying and has one of the following situations, the student must petition the Off-Campus Study Faculty Committee for approval to study abroad.

• Applying to a non-approved program (Spring Study only)
• Applying to go abroad as a Senior (Fall Study only)
• Applying to go abroad with a cumulative GPA below 8.5 (Spring Study only)
• Applying to attend two programs during the year (Fall or Spring Study)
